Life-force Security services strives to achieve the highest quality of service in all divisions of our business and a framework exists to manage, and ensure compliance with, our company policies, procedures and site based assignment instructions. These are in place to ensure the business is run within approved parameters but not to preclude innovation. Quality itself is agenda item for each Board Meeting and key performance indicators are reported monthly, ensuring this essential facet of our operations remains in focus at all times.

Life-force Security Ltd operates a formal Quality Management System (QMS) for all activities undertaken, that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, BS7499, BS7858, BS7984, BS7958 and BS7960. This QMS provides a framework for effective operational management and ensures that all related requirements (statutory, regulatory or customer driven) are suitably addressed and monitored. The QMS applies to all aspects of operation, from an initial enquiry, through to the successful provision of agreed service levels, addressing the needs of all our customers. All staff are actively involved and committed to this approach at all times. System compliance is fundamental to all work undertaken and practiced daily in all activities.

Meeting industry standards

Life-force Security Ltd has achieved accreditation to the following relevant security industry British Standards.

  • BS7499: 2013 Static site guarding and mobile patrol service—- Code of practice
  • BS 7960: 2016 Door Supervisors – Code of practice
  • BS7858: 2012 Security Screening of individuals employed in a security environment – Code of practice
  • BS7958: 2015 CCTV Management and Operation – code of practice.

Continually improving our business

Continuous improvement is a fundamental part of our company and we have many ways in which we capture advancements of all types within the business. One of our main successes is the Best Practice Forum which meets every other month. This is attended by management staff throughout the organisation and its remit is to drive improvement projects through the business. We also have a Business Improvement Forum, aimed at level below management, specifically designed to extract ideas from all – the main focus being on saving time and money and increasing efficiency and effectiveness in everything we do.
